It’s the time of year in New Orleans for one of my favorite festivals housed on the beautiful banks ofBayou St. John, the Bayou Boogaloo fest. The peaceful scenery of the relaxing water on any given day is worth the trip, so it is only right that this gorgeous location be home to a festival. Friday, May 20, 2011 through Sunday May 22, 2011 you will get a chance to relax with food, music and art along this mid-city bayou.
The music in New Orleans just never stops, and this year’s Bayou Boogaloo is no exception! The lineupboasts a little something for everyone — featuring bands that are sure to entice you to dance!
